Is your cooking oil killing your heart? Mumbai cardiac surgeon reveals the safe daily limit

Using excess oil in cooking increases the risk of heart disease. From samosas to pakoras, fried foods tempt but harm. Mumbai-based cardiac surgeon Dr Bipeenchandra Bhamre advises limiting intake to 3–4 teaspoons daily, choosing healthy oils, and practising moderation to protect heart health.
